1. Processing & Production Times

All resin miniatures are made to order and processed by our craftspeople.

  • Standard Production Window: Orders are 3d-printed, cured, cleaned, and packed within 3–5 business days prior to dispatch.

  • Peak Volume Notification: During new model launches or high-volume periods, production times may extend to 7 business days. You will receive an automated email notification as soon as your package drops at the post office.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship directly via Canada Post to ensure reliable, fully tracked delivery.

  • Canada (Domestic Flat Rate): $20.00 CAD

    • Service: Canada Post Expedited Parcel (2–7 business days)

    • Tracking: Fully tracked with delivery updates.

  • United States (Cross-Border Flat Rate): $28.00 CAD

    • Service: Canada Post Tracked Packet USA / USPS Direct (4–8 business days)

    • Customs & Duties: Miniatures are classified as Scale Model Assembly Kits (HS Code 9503.00.90.30). They enter the US duty-free under De Minimis rules with no additional customs broker fees added upon delivery.

3. Replacements & Transit Breakage Policy

Resin miniatures contain fine details and naturally delicate components. While we pack every order as carefully as possible, rough handling in transit can occasionally occur.

Arrived Damaged? We’ll Fix It. If a model or component arrives snapped or broken:

  1. Send an email to support@kweakui.ca within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number and clear photos showing the damaged pieces and outer packaging.

  3. We will print and ship a replacement component or full model kit to you at zero additional cost.

4. Returns & Order Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a 100% refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not commenced.

  • Made-to-Order Policy (Change of Mind): Because our kits are printed and prepped specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" once the item has shipped.
